Google Ads that bring signed foundation jobs, not tire-kickers.
We run your Google Ads and build the landing pages behind them, then report one number every month: what a signed contract cost you. Everything happens in writing. No sales calls, no meetings.
Who runs your Google Ads today?
Every path leads to the same free written audit. It's yours to keep.
Most agencies optimize for leads. We optimize for contracts.
General PPC agencies report clicks, cost per lead and form fills. In foundation work those numbers hide the real gap: a hairline-crack patch and a 12-pier stabilization cost the same to get, but only one of them pays for your crew's week.
We connect your ads to the moment a homeowner signs. Google then learns which searches turn into signed contracts and bids for more of those homeowners.
Three leaks we see in foundation repair ad accounts
DIY and research searches
"How to fix a basement leak," "crack filler," "Drylok." These clicks look cheap and never become inspections.
Small jobs crowding out big ones
Without a qualifying form, your inspection calendar fills with $900 patches while the pier jobs go to a competitor.
Google doesn't know which leads signed
If Google only sees form fills, it finds more form fills. Once it sees signed contracts, it starts bidding for the right homeowners.
Four written steps. No calls.

An honest timeline
Campaigns, landing page and signed-job tracking go live.
First inspections from the new setup, and wasted spend is cut.
Enough signed jobs recorded for Google to bid on contract value, not form fills.
If we don't see a credible path to a lower cost per signed job by then, we tell you in writing.
Six promises, in writing
- One foundation company per metro. We never run ads for your direct competitor.
- You own everything: the ad account, landing pages, tracking and data.
- One number that matters: cost per signed contract, reported monthly.
- No long contracts. Cancel any time after 60 days, with 30 days' notice.
- Written answers within one business day. Audit requests within 4 business hours.
- We say so when it isn't working. No vanity metrics, no black boxes.
What we check in every account
- Calls tracked by source and keyword
- Signed contracts reported back to Google
- Budget lost to DIY and research searches
- Budget lost to job-seeker searches
- Ads showing outside your service area
- Ads running when nobody answers
- Ads sending visitors to your homepage instead of a landing page
- Small-job leads filtered from big ones
- Local Services Ads set up and verified
- Bidding set for booked inspections, not form fills
Founding-client offer
We're taking on our first three foundation and waterproofing companies at reduced rates, in exchange for a case study once we've earned it.
- Setup: $1,500 $3,500. Covers campaigns, ads, copy, landing page and signed-job tracking.
- Management: 10% of ad spend, minimum $1,000 a month.
- Performance bonus: +1% or +2% of spend, only when your cost per signed job beats the number you have today.
- Cancel any time after 60 days, with 30 days' notice.
Who this is not for
- Companies spending under $2,000 a month who can't increase it. There isn't enough data to optimize.
- Anyone who wants a guaranteed number of leads. We aim for signed jobs, not lead counts.
- Companies that can't mark which jobs signed. One field in your CRM or job software is enough.
If we're not a fit, the audit tells you that too, and you keep it.
FAQ
How is this different from the agencies I've worked with before?
Most agencies report leads and cost per lead. We report cost per signed contract and send that data back into Google Ads, so the campaigns optimize for jobs that pay. And everything happens in writing, so there's always a record of what was agreed and done.
How do you make sure I'm not paying for junk leads?
Three ways: a negative keyword list for DIY, retail and job-seeker searches; a landing page form that asks what the homeowner is seeing; and bidding based on signed jobs, not form fills.
How quickly will I see results?
Campaigns go live in week 1, and the first inspections usually arrive within weeks 2–4. Google needs a few signed jobs before it can bid on contract value, which usually takes months 2–3.
What's the minimum ad budget?
We recommend at least $3,000 a month in ad spend. Below $2,000 there usually isn't enough data to optimize for signed jobs.
Do I get my area exclusively?
Yes. We work with one foundation company per metro, so we never compete against our own client.
Do I have to change my CRM or how my team works?
No. Leads land where they do today. We only need one place where your team marks a job as signed.
Do you manage Local Services Ads too?
Yes. We check them in the audit and can manage them alongside your search campaigns.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We get manager access, and if you leave, you keep the account, campaigns, landing pages and history.
